Brewed by the Brasserie Huyghe, creators of Delirium Tremens, Delirium Nocturnum was created in 1999 to celebrate the 10^th birthday of its big sister.

Pouring deep chestnut brown with a thick tan head, the big bouquet boasts caramel, mocha, chocolate and dark fruit, with a seductive liquorice and pepper character.

Equally inviting, the palate is malty with delicious bitter roasted notes and a liquorice and chocolate character that is brought to life by a conspicuous alcoholic note. The tasting finishes on a slick flourish evocative of port wine.
